Rental Period:
Each rental period lasts for 24 hours and starts when the customer signs the rental contract. The customer will be charged an additional fee for each 24-hour period or partial period until the trailer is returned.

Rental Requirements:
The customer must present a valid Texas drivers license, proof of full insurance coverage and a credit card. We must have an imprint of your credit card, which you will sign. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

Towing Vehicle Requirements:
The towing vehicle must be in good working condition with the correctly sized hitch ball and trailer light wiring to match the trailer being rented. The customer must not exceed the towing limits specified in the towing vehicle's Owners Manual.

Distance Limitations:
Trailer rentals are LOCAL ONLY. Trailers are not to be taken out of state.

Customer Liability:
The customer is responsible for the rental fee and all damage to the trailer. Damage includes but is not limitied to all damaged or blown tires. The customer must agree to pay for all damage when the trailer is returned.
